1. Scope and operator
OUDIQ — A Valrion Ventures Brand. The website is owned and operated by VALRION VENTURES LLP (formerly OUDIQ PERFUMES LLP), LLPIN ACT-8337. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Valrion Ventures LLP. The change of company name took effect on 15 September 2026; it does not create a different legal entity. These terms govern access to www.oudiq.com, customer accounts and website services. Purchases are governed by our Terms and Conditions, Shipping Policy and Return Refund and Cancellation Policy. Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy. Product specific terms apply only if clearly disclosed before purchase and consistent with mandatory law.
2. Eligibility and account security
Purchases and accounts must be made by adults aged 18 or above who can enter a binding contract. A parent or guardian may purchase in their own name for another person. Keep your details accurate and passwords or one time codes confidential. Notify care@oudiq.com promptly of suspected unauthorised use. You are not automatically liable for activity caused by our security failures.
3. Lawful website use
Do not commit fraud, impersonate others, access systems without authority, introduce malware, interfere with the site, or collect personal information unlawfully. We may restrict access reasonably to protect users, investigate misuse or comply with law. Such action does not remove your rights in paid orders or prevent legitimate complaints.
4. Website and third party services
The site is independently operated for OUDIQ and may connect to external checkout, payment, courier, hosting and communication services. Providers and available features are shown where relevant. A service provider’s terms may govern its own service, but do not replace our obligations as the seller. Contact us for order issues even where a provider processes the transaction.
5. Intellectual property
OUDIQ names, logos and original text, images, videos, layouts and editorial content are owned by Valrion Ventures LLP or used under licence, unless indicated otherwise. You may view content for personal use. Commercial copying or reuse requires permission unless allowed by law. Nothing restricts lawful quotation, fair dealing or other statutory exceptions. No claim is made that every fragrance composition is copyright protected.
6. Reviews and submissions
Submit honest reviews based on your experience and only material you may lawfully share. Do not post private data, defamatory or unlawful content. You retain ownership of submissions and grant us a nonexclusive permission to display and reasonably format material submitted for publication. We may moderate unlawful or irrelevant content; we do not fabricate customer reviews or remove genuine criticism merely because it is negative.
7. Editorial and product information
Our fragrance notes, educational articles and scent descriptions provide general guidance. Personal perception and performance vary with application, fabric, climate and storage. These statements do not excuse inaccurate descriptions or unsupported product claims. Educational articles are not medical advice.
8. Product use
Follow each product’s label and usage instructions. A product labelled as apparel perfume is intended for clothing, not direct skin application. Test on an inconspicuous fabric area; avoid delicate materials where unsuitable. Keep fragrances away from eyes, ingestion, children, heat and flames. For accidental exposure or a reaction, stop use and obtain appropriate medical assistance. These instructions do not waive product safety or consumer rights.
9. Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable steps to maintain the website, but temporary interruptions may occur. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for remote or indirect losses that are not reasonably foreseeable. We do not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, negligence causing injury, defective products, data obligations or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. No general purchase price cap overrides statutory compensation rights.
10. Changes to terms
The effective date appears above. Changes apply prospectively. An order remains subject to the purchase terms disclosed when it was placed, except where law requires otherwise or you agree to a change. Material privacy changes requiring consent will be handled separately. Continued browsing is not consent to new personal data purposes.
11. Law and dispute resolution
Indian law applies. Contact customer care first if you wish, but this is not a condition for exercising statutory rights. Competent courts and consumer commissions have jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing requires consumers to bring all claims exclusively in Mumbai or waives available consumer forums.
