1. Who we are
OUDIQ — A Valrion Ventures Brand. The website is owned and operated by VALRION VENTURES LLP (formerly OUDIQ PERFUMES LLP), LLPIN ACT-8337. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Valrion Ventures LLP. The change of company name took effect on 15 September 2026; it does not create a different legal entity. This notice explains how we handle personal information through www.oudiq.com, purchases, support and associated communications. Valrion Ventures LLP determines the purposes of processing. It applies to OUDIQ services on this site, not automatically to every Valrion brand or independent external website.
2. Information you provide
We collect your name, email, telephone number, billing and delivery addresses, order details, account details where accounts are enabled, and information you submit in support requests or reviews. If you supply another person’s delivery details, ensure you are entitled to share them and inform them of this notice. We do not require Aadhaar, PAN or health information for ordinary retail orders unless a specific lawful need is explained.
3. Technical and payment information
The website and activated providers may collect IP address, browser and device information, session and security logs, cookie identifiers, and relevant browsing or checkout events. We receive payment status, transaction references and limited payment information needed to reconcile orders. Payment credentials are entered with the authorised payment provider; we do not request or retain CVVs, UPI PINs, bank passwords or payment OTPs.
4. Purposes
We use necessary information to create or administer an account; accept and fulfil orders; process payments, returns and refunds; send transactional updates; provide support; maintain records required by law; detect fraud; and secure the site. Optional analytics, personalised advertising and promotional email, SMS or WhatsApp communication are used only where activated and with the required notice and consent. Purchase is not conditional on consent to marketing.
5. Consent and choices
We obtain affirmative consent where required and explain the relevant purpose at collection. Other processing occurs only where permitted by applicable law. Browsing alone does not constitute blanket consent to all processing. Marketing consent is separate from checkout acceptance and may be withdrawn through the message unsubscribe method or care@oudiq.com. Abandoned checkout promotional reminders require appropriate consent; essential order messages remain available. Withdrawing consent may prevent a service dependent on that processing, but does not affect prior lawful processing.
6. Providers and disclosures
We disclose only information needed to checkout and payment providers, shipping aggregators and couriers, hosting and website maintenance providers, and enabled customer communication services. GoKwik and Shiprocket are planned integrations, not a statement that they already process your data. The live checkout and updated provider notice will identify activated services and their privacy notices. Analytics and advertising providers, if activated, may receive identifiers and events for specifically disclosed purposes. Providers acting for us must have appropriate contractual security, purpose and confidentiality obligations. Providers processing for their own purposes must
explain those purposes independently.
7. Company access and other disclosures
Harbal Advertising or another authorised support professional may access necessary website or customer information only for contracted support, on restricted access terms. Building a website with AI does not itself authorise sending customer records to an AI tool. We do not sell personal information or automatically enrol OUDIQ customers in Attaran marketing. We may disclose information to professional advisers or authorities where necessary and lawful, or in a business restructuring with appropriate safeguards and notice.
8. Cookies and tracking
Essential cookies or similar storage support carts, login and security. Optional analytics and advertising technologies, if enabled, are described in the site’s cookie settings with their purposes and available controls. Where consent is required, they remain disabled until you opt in; you can refuse or withdraw optional tracking without losing ordinary purchasing functionality. Browser settings offer additional controls. Cookie duration and actual provider details must match the live configuration.
9. Storage and international processing
Information may be stored on our hosting environment or with approved providers. Some providers may process information outside India. We use such services only subject to applicable transfer restrictions and appropriate contractual safeguards. Contact us for current provider and storage information. We do not claim that all customer data remains in India until hosting and provider locations are verified.
10. Retention
We retain order, invoice, tax and refund records for applicable legal and accounting periods. Account, support and consent records are retained only as needed for their purpose, dispute handling or legal obligations; marketing use ends on withdrawal subject to necessary suppression records. Data no longer needed is deleted or anonymised, including through provider arrangements, with backup deletion following the documented cycle. Applicable legal retention periods take priority; no arbitrary universal retention period applies.
11. Security and incidents
We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards proportionate to the data, including restricted access, secure transmission, supported software and backup controls as implemented. No system is completely secure. Where an incident triggers legal notification duties, we notify affected individuals and authorities as required. A security disclaimer does not waive our legal responsibilities.
12. Access correction deletion and complaints
Email care@oudiq.com to request information about processing, access or correction, deletion where permitted, withdrawal of consent, or to raise a grievance. We verify identity proportionately, without routinely demanding unnecessary identity documents. We explain any lawful reason for refusing or limiting a request. Rights including nomination and escalation to the Data Protection Board apply as the relevant provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act and Rules come into force. We also honour rights available under other applicable law. A customer need not rely only on this policy to exercise a statutory right.
13 Children
The service is intended for adults aged 18 or above. Children should not create accounts or provide personal information. Adults purchasing gifts must use their own account and avoid unnecessary child information. If we learn that a child’s data has been collected improperly, we take appropriate steps to restrict and delete it, subject to lawful retention. Any future service involving children requires the applicable parental consent and protections before activation.
14. Changes and legal framework
We update this notice when processing changes and display its effective date. Material new purposes requiring consent are not authorised solely by continued use of the site. Applicable Indian privacy and information technology requirements govern processing, including the Information Technology Act and relevant rules where applicable, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and Rules 2025 as their provisions commence. This policy does not claim all DPDP obligations are already in force.
