1. Seller and scope
OUDIQ — A Valrion Ventures Brand. The website is owned and operated by VALRION VENTURES LLP (formerly OUDIQ PERFUMES LLP), LLPIN ACT-8337. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Valrion Ventures LLP. The change of company name took effect on 15 September 2026; it does not create a different legal entity. These terms govern retail purchases through www.oudiq.com. They operate with the Terms of Service, Shipping Policy and Return Refund and Cancellation Policy. The specific shipping or return policy governs its subject, subject always to mandatory consumer law. Other Valrion brands, including Attaran, are covered only where expressly offered on this site; their own labels and product terms apply.
2. Product information
Review the product size, intended use, ingredients or warnings, price, availability, country of origin and relevant manufacturer or packer information before ordering. Fragrance notes describe scent impressions and are not a complete ingredient list. Minor colour or packaging changes may occur only where they do not materially alter the product promised. Material discrepancies, safety defects or misdescription remain eligible for remedies.
3. Pricing and offers
Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless a lawful alternative is explicitly stated. Delivery charges and optional services are separately identified before payment, with the total payable displayed. We do not charge above the applicable printed MRP. Offers show their conditions and validity. Prices may change for future orders; an accepted order is not repriced without your agreement. Any legally required prior price information accompanies a discount announcement.
4. Order placement and acceptance
Check your cart, contact details and delivery address before placing an order. Your affirmative checkout action submits an offer to buy. A payment acknowledgement or automated receipt confirms submission, not necessarily acceptance. Our express order acceptance or dispatch confirmation accepts the order. If an item is unavailable, a material listing error occurs, or a genuine payment or fraud concern arises, we will explain any rejection or cancellation and refund money collected for the affected order. We will not require you to accept a substitute or extra payment.
5. Payments and invoices
Available payment options appear at checkout. Cash on delivery is available only if explicitly offered for your order. Authorised third parties handle payments; do not share OTPs, PINs or passwords with us. Where a payment is debited but no order is confirmed, send the transaction reference to care@oudiq.com. We will investigate and arrange the appropriate reversal or refund. Invoices identify the legal seller and contain applicable tax details. Any legacy payment descriptor during the company name update should be clearly explained at checkout and must refer to the same verified entity.
6. Delivery and transit risk
The Shipping Policy explains dispatch, delivery and charges. We remain responsible for investigating transit loss, damage and non delivery with our providers. Risk of accidental loss passes on actual delivery to you or your authorised recipient, not on dispatch. A tracking entry or OTP alone does not prevent you from disputing non delivery.
Ownership passes upon delivery and payment of the price, subject to mandatory law.
7. Returns cancellation and refunds
Change of mind returns are not offered for fragrances, including dislike of scent, unless expressly advertised. This does not affect remedies for damaged, defective, spurious, missing or incorrect goods, material misdescription or qualifying late delivery. Please consult the Return Refund and Cancellation Policy for the process, return cost and refund timing. No separate cancellation fee is charged under that policy.
8. Safe use and performance
Use the product only as labelled. Apparel perfumes must not be promoted as skin perfumes. Fabric testing does not guarantee compatibility with every material. Longevity and projection vary; approximate performance descriptions do not replace express promises or justify misleading claims. Stop use if a problem occurs and contact us. Personal sensitivity or opening a bottle does not automatically defeat a genuine defect or safety claim.
9. Authenticity and other sales channels
We stand behind authenticity of products we sell. For purchases elsewhere, normally contact the selling retailer under its policy. We cannot verify products from unknown sellers without examination, but will consider genuine safety or authenticity reports. This clause does not remove responsibilities imposed on manufacturers, brand owners or sellers by law.
10. Events beyond reasonable control
We will communicate material disruption and take reasonable steps to mitigate it. A genuine force majeure event may affect stated delivery dates as permitted by law. It does not justify retaining payment indefinitely for goods we cannot supply. Where fulfilment becomes impossible, we will cancel the affected order and refund the amount paid.
11. Liability and consumer rights
Nothing excludes your rights under consumer protection, product liability or other mandatory law. We do not disclaim responsibility for defective goods, false descriptions, unlawful conduct or our own failure to perform. Restrictions on remote indirect loss apply only to the extent lawful and do not cap mandatory compensation at the product price. There is no blanket obligation for customers to indemnify us for normal use of the site or products.
12. Law changes and grievances
Indian law applies, with disputes handled by legally competent courts and consumer commissions. Changes apply to future orders and do not retrospectively reduce rights on existing orders.
